Join us for a fun and exciting motorcycle ride to support Sickle Cell. The course will be a scenic drive from Greensboro to High Point and will take approximately 1 hour. Entry fee is $15 per motorcycle with all proceeds to benefit Sickle Cell services. Free food will be provided for bikers. Clubs as well as individuals are encouraged to participate!

Mayberry Days Golf Tournament, Dinner, and Entertainment will be held at Cross Creek Country Club on Thursday, September 27th. The stars come out for a big evening of fun after the golf tournament. This is your first chance to meet many of the Special Guests and enjoy a night of music, laughter and good times. The event starts off with some good country cooking in the buffet line and just gets better from there. Dinner guests have the opportunity to meet the Special Guest at an autograph session from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Avoid the long lines on Saturday! (Note: a nominal fee for autographed items during the festival) nThe country buffet meal will be served from 5:00-7:00 p.m. David Browning, The Mayberry Deputy hosts the evening of golf awards and entertainment from 6:00-8:00 pm. Cost for golf tournament + dinner and entertainment is $95. Cost of just dinner and entertainment is $50. The Third Annual “Twin City Food Fight” is part of the 2012 ClubCorp Charity Classic, the world’s largest golf and dining event on Friday, September 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Piedmont Club. Chef Shane Moore, Executive Chef at the Foothills Brewery and Restaurant and Chef Lukas Radmoski, Executive Chef of the Piedmont Club, will compete in a culinary battle featuring all North Carolina grown and raised products. The event is open to the public and will feature cooking demonstrations, competitions, wine tastings and a beer competition featuring The Worthawgs Home Brew Association! The cost is $50 per person and net proceeds will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank, the Employee Partner Care Foundation and Augie’s Quest MDA.

The highest-paid bull riders in the world are not only competing for the coveted Championship Buckle, but also the $1 million bonus awarded to the winner.
