John Wilkes Boothe And The Black Toothe are a high-energy Indie-Americana trio from Asheville NC. This is their first time playing in Greensboro, a town which they hope to infect with their quirky brand of folk-absurdism. Making use of a wide variety of different instruments, their shows are dynamic and frenetic, laughable and terrifying. The Toothe joins Greensboro's The Lake Isle, contemplative and tuneful indie-rockers. The evening is sure to deliver sonic bliss unto all in attendance. A $3 donation will be levied.

PERSIAN DANCE WORKSHOP AND SHOWnKatayoun teaches workshops on Classical Persian Dance and Modern and Social Persian Dances. She is of Iranian Heritage and lives in the Washington, DC area. Workshops include insight into ancient Persian culture and modern Iran, music, costuming and presentation for various styles of dance. Some previous dance experience recommended. All ages from 12 to Senior Citizens invited. Discounted fees if registered before April 21. Show at night.
