Nations Restaurant News released the results of its annual poll concerning fast-casual and limited-service chain restaurants this week. Bonefish Grill topped the list of fast-casual, followed by PF Changs. In the limited-service category, the only local chain was Ben & Jerrys Scoop Shop, which placed third.
