This is the public’s opportunity to participate in the project by expressing their thoughts, opinions, recommendations and feedback. It will be an evening of free-flowing conversation and brainstorming.

During the morning commute, several “refueling stations” will be located throughout the area where riders can stop to rest, enjoy some free refreshments, win some giveaways and talk to other bikers. Visit the above link to find out where theses stations will be. Then at 5 p.m. stop by Old Town Draught House to enjoy food and beverages with other people who biked to and from work. Bike to Work Day is part of an effort to get us to recognize the importance of sharing the road with cyclists. The Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) will also allow anyone who rides a bike to the PART bus stop a free ride.
