This week’s Page Three model, soul singer Nixon Payne, is out favorite Nixon to date, easily eclipsing former President Richard and handily edging out former Red Sox speedster Otis. And not just because she’s easy on the eyes — the girl’s got bona fides: She’s collaborated with local heroes Celinski, Brandon D and Gav Beats, and has put out a demo called “All About Him,” now selling at Maya Art Gallery in Greensboro. She was born in Charlotte but now lives in the Triad. And according to her press release, she channels all the one-name legends: Roberta, Nina, Chaka, Patti and Jill.
