This week’s Page Three model shares a surname with most of the country of Vietnam, but she is of Thai descent. But at heart she’s a California girl, raised in the Mediterranean climes of San Jose before moving to High Point 12 years ago with her parents. “They had friends who moved here,” Phon says, “and they bragged so much about how great North Carolina was, how great to raise a family, and my parents moved the whole family here.” Now she owns Zen Spa & Nails, in our home district of Adams Farm, offering manicures, pedicures, waxing and eyebrow threading. “We’ve been doing lots of pedicures,” she says, because on the summer months everyone wants pretty feet. It makes you feel pretty inside and out.”
