Local talent: Magen Vellante

This week’s Page Three model wheeled in from Madison to pose for us, but in reality she came from much further away — Boston. Magen Vellante, 23, says she has an Irish first name and an Italian last one. “And I think I’m a little bit Cherokee Indian,” she says. She’s no stranger to these parts — she first moved here in 2006. “My mom is from here and my dad is from Boston,” she says. “I don’t know how long I’ll stay… but it’s fun right now.” These days she earns her living as a promotional model. “Exotic cars, health drinks, NASCAR and golf events,” she says, the usual stuff.

And she still pulls shifts at Hooter’s because, you know, she can. “Come September I’ll be more serious,” she says, “but I enjoy traveling, doing promotions. Right now, I’m just having fun.”
