Shaunielle Foster Ms. Black North Carolina 2012, CEO

Shaunielle Foster, the CEO and Founder of Footsteps to Follow, was crowned Ms. Black North Carolina at the end of last month. Footsteps to Follow, which is based in the Triad area, aims to transform children in a way in which confidence strengthens their souls, lifts their spirits, encourages their inner beauty and promote fun. Foster hopes to grow her organization to other parts of the state, and is currently pursuing her MBA with a minor in human resources. The mother of two lives in Greensboro and is also a mentor, active member of the National Association of Female Executives, entertainer, SocaMotion instructor, radio personality, dancer and model.
