Star Wars Uncut is an incredible achievement in community creativity that must be seen by any fan of the Star Wars movies. Winner of a 2010 Primetime Emmy, Star Wars Uncut is what happens when you divide the original film into 15-second pieces, and then have volunteers all over the country recreate, shot for shot, each of those pieces. The end result is nothing short of amazingly hysterical.

The Museum of Anthropology presents Gazing at the Contemporary World: Japanese Photography from the 1970s to the Present. In this grand finale event, WFMY News 2 Winterfest is bringing snow and sledding to Downtown Greensboro. Raleigh snow making company, Snow My Yard, will use an ice shipper and piping to blow three tons of snow on the Festival Park hillside for sledders to enjoy. Kids and adults are encouraged to bring their own sled to try out the snow slide free of charge.
