• Conservatives for Guilford County hosts a forum for may oral, at-large and district candidates at the International Civil Rights Center and Museum, located at 134 S. Elm St., on Thursday at 6 p.m.
• District 3 candidate Jay Ovittore appears at a candidate forum hosted by the College Hill Neighborhood Association at Presbyterian Church of the Covenant on Thursday from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
• A candidate forum will be held at the Ronald McNair Engineering Building on the campus of NC A&T University on Oct. 5 at 7:30 p.m.
