Sitting back watching football on any given Sunday or Monday is always fun at Cooper’s Ale House. Located at 5340 W. Market St. in Greensboro, the spot has received numerous awards for their beer selection as well as their wings. Recently I had the good fortune to order plate of pineapple BBQ wings. Served quickly, I dug into the first one and cracked the skin of the wing.
A little smoke and steam were no deterrent as my taste buds were hit first with the thick, sweet BBQ and then followed by s subtle hint of pineapple — a very interesting combination in flavor and my hat goes off to Pat and the crew at Coopers Ale House. –Charles Womack
