Taking a listen

Boy, was this was an album for sore ears. Andrew Eversole was Kentucky born, and began his mountain-music journey when his parents relocated to North Carolina. It's been a decade now since his relocation to the Triad, and he has now released his debut album in May on Rivers of Mars Records.

Busted

Winston-Salem police found 15 sticks of dynamite on July 3 in the basement of a duplex on Reynolda Road. A family cleaning out the basement discovered the explosives around 1:30 p.m. and called 911.

I went at it for a bit with Winston-Salem's best Greensboro blogger Ben Holder, AKA the Troublemaker, when in a diatribe against Jordan Green he took a shot at me, contending that I had misrepresented my work history on another blog.
