John K. Gallaher III, 24, called Winston-Salem police on July 15 to report a shooting at 27 Graylyn Place. When officers arrived, they found two victims — Lori Fioravanti, 24, and Sean Bert Gallagher, 23 — both of whom had sustained gunshot wounds to the head.
