BOUNCE-U KIDS FEEDING KIDS FOOD DRIVE RUNS JULY 3 THRU JULY 5 FOOD DONATIONS EARN $5 OPEN BOUNCE SESSION, FRIDAY-SUNDAY Greensboro & Winston-Salem, NC... The 'Kids Feeding Kids' food drive for Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC will have collection bins at each Triad BounceU stadium Friday, 7/3, through Sunday, 7/5, Open Bounce sessions will be discounted to just $5 per child when accompanied with any food donation. Children are especially at risk during a tight economy and when school meal assistance programs are not available. Local food donations will stay in the Triad region and go toward the increased summer demand. "We're delighted to have BounceU help us keep food on the table for area children and their families this summer," said Clyde Fitzgerald, Executive Director of Second Harvest Food Bank. All bouncing guests must wear socks and sign activity waivers after making their non-perishable food donation at the stadium. Donors are encouraged to bring whatever food items they can spare.
