Details: Harvest season is upon us and there is much work to be done. We need your help! Each session is a two hour educational wine experience led by Jay Raffaldini in the Barrel Room! Last year's trials yielded the 2007 Bella Misto and 2007 SPQR. Both wines went on to win gold medals at the Lodi International Wine Competition in Lodi California! Our reds are ready for blending and we need you to help us determine the blend for the 2008 Raffaldini Bella Misto. Each blend you create will be carefully analyzed, sampled and considered by our winery staff. Due to the strong demand we have for this event, reservations are required as well as prompt attendance.
