On Saturday, October 24th, Josephus III, Greensboro’s finest poet, is presenting a Spoken Word Poetry workshop for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors called the “The Poetry Project” at Charlotte Hawkins Brown Museum, 6136 Burlington Road, Sedalia, NC.
Two workshops will be held. Workshop1 will run from 10 am to noon. Workshop 2 will run from 1 pm to 3 pm. Each Workshop is limited to thirty students. In the evening, students will have a chance to perform during Josehus III’s Exclusive Showcase. Materials are included with a registration fee of $15.
