All of the films are terrific, but my personal favorite is The Ladykillers (1955), in which Guinness leads a crew of bank robbers including Peter Sellers, Herbert Lom, Cecil Parker and Danny Green who repeatedly attempt, and fail, to murder the little old lady (Katie Johnson) whose boarding house they're hiding out in.
