Leading off Found Objects this week is Piedmont Slam!, the spoken-word competition to be held at Krankies Coffeehouse at 211 E. 3rd Street in Winston-Salem on Thursday at 8 p.m. If last months competition is any indication of the level of talent among the areas poets, this Thursdays event should be a hugely entertaining and enlightening.
