Virgina Wine and Garlic Festival
We are all bringing the Virginia Wine and Garlic Festival in to its 14th year. Every citizen has the right to enjoy themselves. Consumption of alcohol is a legal right for all persons who are 21 years of age and beyond, conveying the civic responsibility and conduct to the festival attendant individually.
